Glamour
Beginner: By HoXrds
A glamour spell is a working used to shift how your energy is seen, felt, and received by yourself or others. It is commonly used for confidence, attraction, beauty, charm, self-love, visibility, influence, or stepping into a certain energy before entering the world. The purpose is not always to make someone else see something false. In many practices, glamour work is understood as an energetic enhancement. It says, “Let what is already within me be seen clearly.”
At its core, a glamour working is about presence. It helps the practitioner align their outer presentation with their inner intention. They are not trying to beg for attention or become someone they are not. They are choosing what energy they want to embody, strengthening their confidence, and allowing their spirit to be felt before they ever speak.
Glamour magic can be worked through mirrors, oils, baths, jewelry, clothing, makeup, perfume, affirmations, candle work, or visualization. It reminds us that beauty is not only physical. It is energy, intention, confidence, aura, and the way we carry ourselves into a space.

What You Need
-
A Mirror
-
Lip stick, lip balm, lip oil, Chapstick, lip gloss, or Vaseline
-
Your feel good song (Mine is Pretty Girl Rock by Keri Hilson & The Man by Aloe Blacc)
Stand or sit in front of the mirror. Take a few deep breaths, ground yourself, and look directly at yourself.
Do not look for flaws. Do not pick yourself apart. Just witness yourself.
Play your chosen song.
As the music begins, take your finger and write one word on the mirror that represents the energy you want to embody.
Ex beautiful, powerful, magnetic, confident, untouchable, radiant, chosen, seen, worthy
Once the word is written, place your hand over your heart or gently touch your reflection in the mirror.
Say:
I call my power forward.
I call my beauty forward.
I call my confidence forward.
What is already within me now rises to the surface.
I am seen clearly. I am felt deeply. I am received with respect.
My presence speaks before I do.
While the song plays, keep your eyes on yourself. Let the music move through you. Breathe into your body. Imagine the energy of the word on the mirror glowing around you and settling into your skin, your voice, your posture, your walk, and your spirit.
If you are using lipstick, gloss, Chapstick, or lip liner on yourself, apply it slowly and intentionally.
As you apply it, say:
My words carry beauty.
My voice carries power.
My presence carries intention.
When the song ends, look at yourself one last time and say:
“So it is seen. So it is carried. So it is mine.”
Leave the word on the mirror for as long as you feel called to. When you are ready to close the working, wipe the mirror clean with care.
As you clean it, say:
“The spell is sealed. The glamour remains with me.”
Dispose of any tissue or wipe respectfully. This working is simple, but simple does not mean weak. Sometimes all you need is a mirror, your mouth, your music, and the decision to remember who you are.
